Stephen Fry is a British national treasure, comedian, actor, writer, presenter, and activist. He met his long-time collaborator Hugh Laurie at Cambridge University becoming half of the double act Fry and Laurie. Fry is famous for his roles in Blackadder and Jeeves and Wooster and was nominated for a Golden Globe for his lead performance in the film Wilde. He has also written and presented several documentary series, including the Emmy Award–winning Stephen Fry: The Secret Life of the Manic Depressive. Besides his work in television and film, Fry has contributed numerous articles to newspapers and magazine, written four novels and is renowned for his voice-acting having narrated many books and video games.
